The people we bought our house from were not terribly excited about taking care of the bushes in their yard.

The result was something out of a
B horror movie {which, incidentally, haunted my dreams for several weeks when I saw it as a small child}. Not that I'm fantastic with a huge pair of pruning shears, but I think the end result is much prettier!

It didn't take much time, but now they look like regular plants- not the kind that go crazy and eat people. Huzzah!
