At the end of each month, I face a conundrum. Part of my 101 in 1001 is that I want to select my favorite/best image from the entire month's worth of photos and add it to my own personal gallery. Why? Because it is an
amazing way to gauge my own progress as a photographer. It helps me see that my shots are, in fact getting better.
I know I've posted this image before, but I really love the color, clarity and bokeh in this shot and I'm really proud of it! Right now

I am in the process of watching caterpillers change into beautiful butterflies. I ordered a larval culture and am currently waiting for them to form into chrysalids. Should take about a week or 2, then they will emerge as beautiful Painted Lady butterflies. it is so cool to watch the process.
